Inclusive Learning in Education

The year 1970 laid a milestone in the history of education in the United States; as it marked the inception of the Individuals with the Disabilities Education Act. There have been several debates on the procedure of providing effective education to the children with special needs. Those in favour of inclusion argue that Inclusion provides a unique platform to the children with special needs to socialize with the students of their age groups. It also brings about equilibrium among the regular students and the children with special needs as it allows equal educational opportunities to both categories.
